How to Order a Repeat Prescription
We are no longer be taking any requests over the phone or via email.
Order Your Prescription
You can order your repeat prescription on the following ways:
- Via The NHS App
- Using SystmOnline
- By filling out our secure online form
- Drop off your order form at either one of the Reception desks during opening hours
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be required to see a member of the Clinical Team at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
