New Online Consultation Service
From the 29th September 2025 we will be starting to use our new online consultation service, Patient Triage. This is a great way for you to contact our practice for non-urgent medical or admin requests. It is very simple to fill out so please do give it a go if you need to contact us.
Although the character count is limited on the form, please try to give as much specific and concise information as possible and a member of our team will contact you with details of how your query will be dealt with.
We hope this will be easier than waiting on hold to speak to a receptionist, but we would love to hear your feedback. If you do not have access to the internet or find it difficult to use a computer or smartphone you can call reception instead.

Please be aware that you are still able to contact the surgery by phone with your requests, however the reception team will now be asking you the same questions that are on the online form.
This will mean it may take you longer to get through via reception as calls will be lasting longer.
